valerie was fantastic. communicated back and forth on what needed and did not need to be done for my honda pilot. looking forward to future service with this location. eddie the courtesy driver friendly and on time.

i had an appointment at 9:40 for front and back brakes supposed to take about 3 hrs but turned into an all day job because 4 technicians called in sick, the person i deal with in the service department , johnny, went out of his way to apologize and make it up to me, i can't say enough good things about johnny he handled everything to my satisfaction very pleased with him , the long wait was out of his control!! so i'm giving a 5 rating!!
