could not be more wonderful !ed gowski was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. he explained all the new features and how to use them. he made the whole buying process so easy for me ! a true asset to honda !also justin ellis took care of my oil change.he has helped me in past service experiences and is absolutely incredible !i ask for him any time i need service ! another asset to honda !

nick took very good care of me and even took $20 off my service as i had to wait longer than usual as they ran out of break fluid and had to go get more

Although I have never been able to make a proper appintment using your website, I was able to call to make my appointment. The service agent was responsive and kept me informed of the status. In the end, I picked up my car when it was estimated it would be ready.

it was great actually, my advisor was so nice and the gentleman who did the work went above and beyond.. they really do deserve recognition. i drive further to your location because because you can't get that kind of customer service at ocean honda 😟 thank you!!!

Friendly and efficient. Advisor did remove "shop fees" which increased my bill over the estimate.
