I bought my 2023 Honda Pilot from you December 28,2023 brand new. I was told I had a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty including oil changes. To my surprise I had to have the differential fluid changed and the original cost was $169.00. Never heard of such a thing as my car doesn’t even have 6800 miles on it yet.My brother in law is a 30 year master mechanic and has never heard of such a thing either. I should have been told when I bought the car. I did receive a coupon but that’s not the point. You buy a new car and expect no costs involved for the first 3 years. I also have to bring it back for an A/C issue and not happy that the paperwork says we will “start” with the motor. The A/c isn’t as cold on the passenger side. Had to wait for a part. I live in NY and am staying the winter in St. Pete so it’s not a hop skip and jump. Also to find out you don’t give loaner vehicles.
