it was professional and i love the new dealership. the downside was that i felt the wait was too long.

i learned i needed a battery and was happy that i learned this at the dealership rather then being stranded somewhere

i was greeted in a timely manner and my vehicle was finished before the time quoted , also the courtesy van driver was nice enough to drop me off at my dentist office while my car was getting serviced , super nice guy !! can't remember his name though , he is very professional and helpful as was valerie my service provider
