This was a follow up to an earlier appointment for an oil change and tire rotation Focus was some maintenance needed found while inspecting the card.Overall the experience was fine ok.Two points:1. My car only has 58,000 miles and during inspection for the oil change visit the technician found 3 different leaks requiring repair. Previously I had to replace the starter in this car. I am very disappointed that a car with that limited mileage would have these kinds of issues. I will take this into account the next retime I look for a new car.The service rep Tracy went out of her way to keep me informed. The actual service took around 4 hours - too long!!

had to wait to long to get my car back then they forgot to balance new tires so they had me wait again. they told me my rear tailgate was fixed and it was not. my tires are riding like i am in a truck
