brought vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation happy with all interactions with personnel. however, as a retired auto tech with 35years experience, and owning my own business for part of that time, i find it annoying trying to sell $300-$400 worth of maintenance on a vehicle with less than 18000 miles on it. i understand the selling factor but if that service is needed, maybe honda should address that need. just my opinion. thank you.

the tech, tracy, was amazing and even took care of my warranty paperwork on her day off!

i put in a request online to be contacted and was contacted in less than five minutes. explained what i needed etc and was emailed back quickly with what options were available, pricing, etc. i was given the very best deal out of everywhere i checked. i didn't have to haggle at all. the entire process went smoothly. everyone i dealt with were very nice, knowledgeable, professional. will recommend to friends and family and hope to be a repeat customer in the future.
