Waiting for the car to finally leave the assembly location outside of Florida did take a while. However, that was not Courtesy’s fault. Jay (the salesman [highly recommend by the way]) kept me in the loop the whole time as to when to expect the Civic to arrive in Palm Harbor. The whole experience happened the way I was told it would, because Jay set proper expectations for me. Financing staff was polite. Car was shiny. Definitely a satisfied customer. Will recommend to everyone I speak with. Not my 1st time purchasing with Jay. Don’t expect it to be my last either 👍
