i dropped my car off the night before for an appointment to do an oil change at 7:40.i could not reach anyone at 11:30 to see if my car was ready so i drove to the dealership.much to my surprise they had not even started in my car yet.i finally left with my car around 1:00.

it was my first visit. the place was beautiful if a service department can be that nice. the staff is more professional than tampa hondaland. tap hondaland told me i needed a lot of very expensive repairs. i asked your people to look at it and they told me i didn't need any of it saving me close to 5k. i am thrilled i decided to try courtesy. thank you for everything
