the service had its expectations

My last visit was excellent with the exception that I got a letter for a recall to replace the fuel pump monitor and someone in service told me that if I don't have a problem that can wait.I feel that If I should not wait until my car get on fire before you change the fuel pump. I am very disappointed they told me that the parts are not there ,Last time I called for another recall and no one call me back ,I feel that the parts for this my car has to be available because it can cause mayor damage to my vehicle Otherwise the service in Honda Palm Harbor so far is excellent.

The text communication to approve work was new and I was waiting in the lobby. Also, when the car is finished the headlights should be put back to “auto” position. I didn’t realize my lights were NOT on until I was driving at night on the road with no lights on.
