Had my car battery tested and replaced in a timely manner.

i was charged $155 for my back hatch inside mechanism to be lubricated. nothing was replaced there was no electrical repair as it states on my invoice when i checked out i was told that the service man just lubricated the handle and now it's working. and if it sticks again it will have to be replaced. i could have lubricated it myself with wd-40. this issue did not need to be diagnosed, because when i came in the hatch would not open or close without numerous tries. this was shown to the girl upon check-in. no diagnosis was needed. so once again i paid $155 for a part to be lubricated. i am a very dissatisfied customer right now. anything else you would like to know from me?

i always contact james holsten. have worked with him for years lease after lease. he's a terrific guy and representative of courtesy. i hope they treat him well!
