it was very easy and quick. they were upfront and there were no hidden fees

We didn’t have to wait very long for our oil change. The other things recommended were explained to us and we were told we can wait until August to get them done. The car looked nice and clean but it would be nice if the car could have been vacuumed.

tracy was great! very nice and experienced. would work with her anytime. the problem with my battery has us worried. it is a 2021 and is just a year old. we had the battery replaced for the second time. that is 3 battery in one year. tracy said to give it one more try, just in case it was a bad lot of batteries. so i am. if the battery goes again this year i will have to start checking my options on what to do about this problem. i love honda but i don't like being stranded because my vehicle will not start.the new service department is really nice.

i am very pleased with brian keeping me posted as to when my car might arrive or not,as there were production delays.i appreciated communicating via phoneand text as that was most convenient. i was also pleased that the price quote was kept to by brian ;and i enjoyed his friendly his friendly and prompt manner. miss youngman was very helpful, attentive and solicitous which which enhanced y whole experience.
