my service writer was johnny.i always try to use him because he is so professional and always addresses my issues. my husband and i were in the vehicle repair business for 15 yrs and i wish i would have had an employee like johnny.he represents courtesy palm harbor honda very well.

Overall it was fine. I was told that the CRV has Remote Start through the HondaLink app which we found out when we got home that the CRV is not eligible for this feature. Also, I was not able to use preferred Credit Union as I was told they do not pay quick enough so you no longer use them for financing. I do intend to refinance as soon as the loan posts to the bank that the loan is currently with. The Sales manager worked hard to earn our business and the length of time to get in and out of the dealership was very good.
