sandi took great cadre of me. everything was as seamless as you can expect. the car even showed up a little early. so far it is the best car buying experience i have had, this i think is my 5th new car and maybe the 7th or 8th time i have purchased a vehicle, and the 4th new vehicle with honda in palm harbor

you service men couldn't pinpoint what i was experiencing because they stated that they couldn't bring the vehicle up to the speed of when i was experiencing the problem. so they defaulted to tire problems and balancing. one hour into the second day i texted the service number and was told it was experiencing difficulties and that my texts and phone calls would not go through. i called and was placed on hold for 15 to 20 minutes before speaking to my service agent who apologized and explained what i stated above.
