from the moment i called panicking about how i am going to get to the dealership because on a flat donut tire, valarie calmly talked to me. she answered every single one of my questions and pricing. she listened as i tried to figure out how i could do this as a single mom and not feeling safe about loading my kids on a flat donut. she patiently worked with me as we scheduled an apt. once there she checked me in and while it took forever to get everything done. i left feeling safe in my van but more importantly safe for my kids. valarie made the whole event easier every step of the way.also the wifi and snacks helped kill the time and allowed me to work from the lobby and not lose work hours. a god send!
