the process was very smooth and easy.

above average service all the way across the board never have to worry about if the work is getting done right that's what makes our country great when people put the extra work in their jobs

it was okay. my appointment was at 3pm and i waited. my oil change took until 5pm. they didn't have the tail light on hand i needed but said they would call when they do. mainly, just took way too long for what was done.

it took long for the work to be completed. but eh customer care specialist mike was great

i left my car friday evening so it could be looked at early saturday morning. i received a text with all of the services needed and recommended, which i thought is a good way for customers to see in writing rather than by a phone call. i spoke with justin who explained everything clearly. the car was finished that afternoon and checking out was easy. my car no longer has the noise and is riding smoother, and i appreciate the car wash.

i was immediately greeted upon entering the service garage, with a smile and an attentive worker. my service advisor,nick murray, was very personable and professional. nick was knowledgeable and informative. your service department has been doing an outstanding job since we purchased our first honda accord in 2009.
