Mixed emotions. I scheduled an oil change which I thought would take 45 min to an hour. After an hour & a half I asked what was taking so long. I was advised that my battery may need to be replaced, it was being tested and it could be another hour. Eventually, the battery was replaced.While replacing the battery probably saved me the inconvenience of having a dead battery at home or elsewhere, I would have appreciated knowing what was going on when they started testing the battery. After 3+ hours the new battery (under warranty) and free oil change wasappreciated.

Everyone at the dealership was excellent to work with - especially Sandi Youngman. We we’re recovering from 2 hurricanes but you would never had known it due to the professionalism of the staff.
