My husband discovered a sharp object in one of the tires and called the service department to see if there’s something that can be done on the same day. This incident happened a couple days after Hurricane Milton. Fortunately, Johnny was able to find a tire for our Accord and took care of us on the same day. We appreciate the expedient service and flexibility to take our car in to get the tire changed.

I took my vehicle in for its scheduled Maintenance as I was reminded by my dashboard. They advised me immediately that they were running behind and gave me an estimated time it would be done. It was done in fact before that time. I was very satisfied.

I had an exceptional experience. My salesperson was Tarah Meyerowitz. I first met Tarah in February this year when I just happen to drop in. Tarah was very friendly, helpful but most importantly non-pressure. I was just looking and she asked if she could follow up at the start of summer. We talked in May and I told Tarah I was going to purchase a replacement in the fall. She asked if she could call me towards the end of summer. We talked in Aug and again in Sep. In Sep I picked out the style, color and specific requirements and she was able to find a car for me in Oct. Tarah was exceptional to work with. I am a repeat new car customer. Tarah went above and beyond exceeding my expectations. She is clearly a definite asset to the Courtesy Palm Harbor Team.

Don was exceptional in getting us a lease on a new Pilot and trading in our lease on our 2022 Pilot. Getting the leases transferred over online has been an issue but hopefully by the time my 1st payment is due I will have it set up.
