Sawyer was great and very helpful. However, the team knew we were driving in from 6 hours away and I was disappointed the car was not ready for us. The deal was done, all we needed to do was a quick test drive and the paperwork. I was expecting to be in & out within a couple of hours so we could get on the road back home. However, we were there over 4 hours waiting to meet someone to do the paperwork & the car to be detailed & a tire to be fixed.
