I received a price over the internet that was clear and without any undesired additions. Upon arrival to the dealership, they did NOT play games trying to get more money out of me as is so common with car dealers. I could have given you 5 stars but I am withholding the top rating because I chose and paid for body side moldings that were supposed to be installed at a later date and I have yet to be contacted to inform me that the item is ready. Any idea how much longer I have to wait?

2012 Ridgeline in for an oil change.The service team recommended changing the brake fluid also so I had that done too.I have also done everything recommended by my service advisor. As a result of this, I have never had an unexpected problem with this vehicle or any of the other Hondas that I have owned over the past 40 years.
