Kero was great to work with. The process of completing the paperwork took a long time (a couple hours). Also we asked for the rubber mats and were given a piece of paper to get them “later”. Rather than making a separate trip to get them we just picked up the mats when we received the car. My question is, if you had the mats when the paperwork was signed, why wouldn’t you just put the mats in the vehicle before we picked it up? All that said, it was a pleasant experience with Kero and the dealership.
