It was a busy day but Valerie was accommodating even though I did not have an appointment. The service staff is the best and even though I now live closer to another dealership, I choose CPPH to service both of our CRV's.

The service department is convenient and tech was professional. I have been getting oil changes here since 2012 at Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda. They have always totalled between $50-$55 dollars. This time with a $20 coupon discount costed $70. Took a closer look and discovered a $33 parts charge which I never had with just an oil change. Does not seem right as no other service was performed.
