great service new hybrid stopped running in traffic pulled over called road assistance and dealer car was towed in the new car and service manager met me at the door and within 20 mins ithey had my info and a loaner ready problem was diagnosed the next day i recieved an e mail indicating parts had been ordered and car would be ready on monday by lunch. All on a friday after 3 pm!! This dealer and employees are exceptional and that is why i returned to them when I was thinking about a new car.

The Service department is very professional and competent. Justine made sure my vehicle was properly repaired and that I was comfortable. When the repair time dragged on, he arranged for transportation for me.

Excellent service. Had two “nails” in two tires. Both were repaired. Birthday courtesy check up given. Car was washed, all in a timely manner. All service personnel I encountered were very professional and kind. My visit was a pleasure. Thank you!
