The Service Rep Ian was very professional and explained the process. The estimated time was 1 hour but it only took about 35 minutes. This was the first time I brought my car for a tire rotation and checkup at this location.

Nobody is really happy to undergo car repairs or even routine maintenance but Ryan always makes the experience as pleasant as possible. He is kind and compassionate and tries to offer savings on anything he can. I always ask for him by name! And though the mechanics are behind the scenes so I don't know which one/s worked on our Prius or 4Runner, the work is always done well and dependably. I like to think Courtesy Toyota has a stake in how happy we are to drive cars they sold to us & so they conduct their services at a high level accordingly!
