I hate this dealership. I can’t wait until my lease is up.

I ended up having two nails in my tire that they’ve patched up for me, but because the weight was so long and I was there for four hours they waived the fees for me, which I was very grateful for.

I had an horrible service experience with an oil change and tire rotation that are covered with my Toyoguard Platinum coverage and this is the second time that my experience at the Brandon dealership was terrible. The Service Advisor had an attitude and was rude in front of me to another employee that as trying to help me determine how much time it would take to complete my service. He frustratingly shuffled papers on his desk and said he had 30 cars to deal with. That employee who I thought was helping me abruptly left with “no goodbye” or “this person will finish taking care of you”, and I was there alone to deal with the cranky advisor. I was considering purchasing a vehicle that I test drove, but would absolutely not move forward with a purchase from the Brandon location and hopefully I won’t need to use this location for service in the future.

I was told that it would be 59.99 + 10.00 and 12.00 dollar gorge fee. So it was looking that I would pay 81.99 plus taxes should be around 87.99. The bill turned out to be 101.99 talk about not telling the truth. Then I get a txt and I called the girl and she sends an email to the guy who checked me in. The just did the oil change. The guy told me they are auto text messages to talk with him. This is the first time I ever had the Highlander serviced at Toyota dealership. The guy said that’s how things work. I replied why are other workers getting off there desk and walking into where I was setting and talking to the customers about there vehicle and what needed to be done. He told me that’s how it’s done and he doesn’t walk out to people. I was over charged and didn’t like the service and will not ever be back. I don’t appreciate being lied to about the cost. The salesman who sold the Highland to us doesn’t even work there no more and got the vehicle about 6 mo or less. That tells the story right there. If I could give a negative number I to the dealership staff in the service department who checks people in.
