From intake to end personal are courteous and they know exactly what is wrong with the vehicle and take it in the wait is reasonable being the it was just a change of oil and tire rotation was about an hour Thank you courtesy Toyota

Great service aside from the new scratches on my front passenger bumper.

Sierra was amazing. She took great care of me. You can see that she takes pride in her work and just a wonderful amazing personality. Everytime I go to her I know im going to have a terrific day. Ian is also someone I really like to go to he easily has a great personality and always willing to help. Both of them Is the reason I come back time and time again.

Didn’t start out right. The service tech didn’t seem to understand that I had paid for a Toyota maintenance plan in another state and left me feeling like he didn’t believe me. He did though ask another tech that I recalled helping me the last time I was there at Toyota, but he seemed that he did not want to be bothered. The saving grace for my experience was the lady who worked the payment counter. She figured out the problem and fixed everything. I would give her 5 stars on her own.

I came in, in the morning. It was a little of a rush. It did take some time until I was able to be attended, but once I was checked in, Victor took care of me was able to get me a quick service.
