Victor P. was extremely professional and prompt as soon as I walked in the door at 7am. He helped navigate my warranty and set my mind at ease when I had my car towed to the lot the night before and how quickly they would get to work. He kept me updated all day with warranty/cost coverage and time window for repairs through texting during my busy teacher work day. People like Victor are reasons why I remain a loyal Toyota customer and feel taken care of by the customer service.
