Sierra was great throughout the trying process I went thru after my car’s dash told me that I had a problem with my engine and needed to visit my dealer. This was yesterday, August 13. Sierra said based on the code on my dash that I needed to have the car towed. I called AAA and let Sierra know that the car was being towed to Courtesy in Brandon from my home in Wimauma, and that she would be there to meet me upon my arrival. And she was, taking over until a few hours later when the car was repaired, and I could drive it home. No better service would have been possible.

Craig was great - very helpful. Came in for headlight replacement and recall fix. Ended up with new rear brakes too.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ -- I can’t say enough great things about Craig, my service advisor at Courtesy Toyota of Brandon! After hitting a large 2x4 at 70 mph on I-4, I had an immediate blowout and rim damage. Unfortunately, my Tire and Wheel warranty company initially refused to replace the rim. Craig went above and beyond, fighting on my behalf to get the coverage I was entitled to. He kept me informed every step of the way, explaining what was happening and what my options were. His professionalism, persistence, and genuine care for his customers really stood out. Thanks to Craig’s hard work, my rim was replaced without me having to pay out of pocket. If you’re looking for someone who will truly have your back and make sure you’re taken care of, ask for Craig!
