I took car in for scheduled maintenance. I was greeted immediately by Shannon who was very pleasant. I was told it could be as long as an hour wait, but within 45 minutes or so my car was ready to go. Shannon explained there was a nail causing a slow leak in tire and told me my options. I chose not to replace it, but have it plugged at a tire center. This was a very good service experience for me.
