When I arrived there wasn’t a sense of direction or guidance of where to go. When I pulled in the bay no one guided me where to go nor was anyone friendly when I asked for help. I had to ask 3 people for clarification untill I got to my destination only to realize all I needed to do was pull all the way up. My rep was very good and friendly. A bit pricey than the coupon I had but that’s ok.

Everything was good and the staff were cooperative, but after completing the maintenance, I started to hear strange sounds from the car and I don't know its source, as if there was something stuck in the tires, but I haven't discovered it yet.

Ive waited for 6 hours to get my car fixed. And also i felt like i was being played wih bcuz nobody was telling me why i need specific things done on my car. I literally had to call my dad for him to talk to the guy and its crazy how he explained whats going on to him but the person who actually drives the car. Almost spent 1300 n ended up paying 900. I cant trust anyone there.

So bad

I waited three and a half hours to have the transmission fluid changed. After that waiting time, I asked when the service would be finished and was informed that the service hadn't even started yet. Why didn't they tell me? I requested to cancel the service and left, indignant at the lack of respect for the customer.

Good service but took waaay tooo long!!
