It wasn't the best experience. After telling your representative about the rear camera he didn't say anything until I asked about the repair. I have no plan of returning to courtesy. ¹ I don't your service rep is suited for that job. If I have to return he will not be the one I wanted to deal with.

When I arrived there wasn’t a sense of direction or guidance of where to go. When I pulled in the bay no one guided me where to go nor was anyone friendly when I asked for help. I had to ask 3 people for clarification untill I got to my destination only to realize all I needed to do was pull all the way up. My rep was very good and friendly. A bit pricey than the coupon I had but that’s ok.

Everything was good and the staff were cooperative, but after completing the maintenance, I started to hear strange sounds from the car and I don't know its source, as if there was something stuck in the tires, but I haven't discovered it yet.
