Didn’t start out right. The service tech didn’t seem to understand that I had paid for a Toyota maintenance plan in another state and left me feeling like he didn’t believe me. He did though ask another tech that I recalled helping me the last time I was there at Toyota, but he seemed that he did not want to be bothered. The saving grace for my experience was the lady who worked the payment counter. She figured out the problem and fixed everything. I would give her 5 stars on her own.

I came in, in the morning. It was a little of a rush. It did take some time until I was able to be attended, but once I was checked in, Victor took care of me was able to get me a quick service.

Sierra was great throughout the trying process I went thru after my car’s dash told me that I had a problem with my engine and needed to visit my dealer. This was yesterday, August 13. Sierra said based on the code on my dash that I needed to have the car towed. I called AAA and let Sierra know that the car was being towed to Courtesy in Brandon from my home in Wimauma, and that she would be there to meet me upon my arrival. And she was, taking over until a few hours later when the car was repaired, and I could drive it home. No better service would have been possible.
