I arrived and sierra was there before I could turn off the car. Very personable asked me a few questions while getting the ticket ready. She text me to relay some other areas that that may be coming up. A short time later my Toyota was ready. Sierra’s checkout was as fast as my arrival. This is my family’s 7th toyota and maintenance has always taken good care of our vehicles.

I would love to know how I purchased my 21 sienna as a used certified toyota for 55k in erie pa, but no other toyota dealer has this information, it seems this should be in toyotas system since the warranty is through toyota, can you please look into this for me it causes great frustration and I did pay handsomely for this warranty, thanks
