I would love to know how I purchased my 21 sienna as a used certified toyota for 55k in erie pa, but no other toyota dealer has this information, it seems this should be in toyotas system since the warranty is through toyota, can you please look into this for me it causes great frustration and I did pay handsomely for this warranty, thanks

Abel was great. Awesome customer service however I was disappointed and bother because the last time I serviced my car you guys were supposed to take care of the 1st recall. I was told that it was done only to find out that what they did was to order the part. I was told it was taken care off when it was not.
