I took my Rav4 in for 2 different recall notices. After a few hours I received notification that the work was complete. I then drove from your dealership to Sam's Pharmacy on Rt. 56. Wife was with me and wanted to wait in the car with the A/C on while I picked up my meds. When I returned to the car, she was soaked in sweat. I immediately called my service advisor and made arrangements to bring the car back immediately. The cause of the A/C malfunctioning was they forgot to connect all the wires. Bassem connected the wires and that fixed the problem. So this caused me to drive back to your shop a 2nd time (gas and my time expended). I was not offered any form of compensation for my inconvenience. 330-605-0017.
