The tech was very good, kind, patient, friendly and very helpful with all my questions

It took 3+ hours for a few simple items and it seems like making the appointment ahead of time didn't matter at all. They forgot to put the tire air pressure cap back on so I need to return for that. They were pretty nice though

I did not book a appointment with David I made one with Craig in the past David has scammed me out of my money he did not tell my husband he was not Craig and that Craig was coming in at 0900 he recommended a battery I went somewhere else and got it installed just because it was not Craig
