Everyone was very courteous. There was less than a 15 minute wait. They called me when my vehicle was ready. The last person to help us connected my cell phone to the car screen for my navigation system. Much appreciated

Everything went smoothly

Fast and concise. The person I spoke with was very nice and informative.

Showed up for a recall appointment and the part was on back order but nobody communicated that to me before I showed up to the appointment.

I brought my 2025 tundra in to have the weather stripping replaced between the dashboard and windshield. When I picked my truck up I noticed the dashboard had scratches and grooves in it. I took it back and they tried to fix but it was very noticeable. I am giving this 5 star rating based on the service mgr’s JR and Ian for taking and fixing the issues correctly to my satisfaction.
