You are the only place that has serviced my vehicle since purchase. It is usually a great experience and this time was also good but I was not happy about one thing. I was charged for 2 extra quarts of oil when the previous 8 oil changes did not require that. Why now? Was it the fact I take advantage of your marketing deals? Also booked my daughters car for service today and when she arrived they said the deal was only for Toyota vehicles but we were required to enter her vehicle information in advance and received a confirmation contract with all the details and special price. The marketing info did not say anything about the make of car…. If you are going to market with deals you can’t honor the don’t market them. I’m probably not returning for service. Love your dealership and the people but marketing and other tactics are not good. Extra quarts oil ? Really.

It was a good experience however even with an appointment it took 3.5 hours to change oil and rotate tires. What made the experience great was the service female who helped me, checked me in and out. I can not remember her name but she was extremely pleasant and professional and helpful

2 hours for an oil change is ridiculous with an appointment. Furthermore, the constant calls, texts and emails about wanting to buy my car don’t stop. What will stop, is me coming to courtesy Toyota.
