Not great. Inspection said $800 worth of work. Filters had already been changed by my son in law. Don’t think they even cked. Other work was not necessary. Been customer for yrs. Very disappointed . Since when high pressure when coming in for service. I am not the only one. Heard from others as well. Also using coupon was an issue. Finally got mgr approval.

Everything went well except once the service was completed the technician failed to update progress online. As a result I sat and waited an additional hour when the work had actually been completed. I wasted an hour waiting unnecessarily.

Michael Hare and Cristian Colon we’re incredible at helping me make the right choice on a car, I had been looking for a very long time, and they made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. Misty and finance was also patient and amazing. Michael especially knew everything about Toyota from details on vehicles all the way to finance packages, he was absolutely brilliant. i’m not sure that I could’ve actually pulled the trigger on a car without Michael Hair.
