From the very beginning, Leonardo Nogueira Neves (Product Specialist) provided outstanding customer service. He’s the first person who greets you when you arrive at the dealership, and he truly does his job with passion and professionalism. He helped me find the perfect car based on my preferences and comfort. If I had my own dealership, I would hire him without hesitation. Highly recommended! I also want to thank José Lodeiro (Sales Manager), who helped me review the numbers and was very open to negotiation, ensuring we reached a fair and satisfying deal. And of course, the wonderful Claire Morrow (F&I Manager), who clearly and patiently explained the importance of getting certain warranties for my new hybrid vehicle. I’ve bought cars from several dealerships before, and there’s always a struggle with hidden or unnecessary fees. That’s why I once thought Tesla was the only brand that offered a truly transparent and simple buying experience. But I must say that never — and I emphasize NEVER — have I felt as good at a dealership as I did at Courtesy Toyota of Brandon. Here, they genuinely put themselves in the customer’s shoes and understand what you’re looking for.
