Went in to look at a car. Never wanted a hybrid. We have been buying Camrys for 30 from you guts. Hank is excellent, and convinced us ti try a hybrid. He ended up upgrading us to a 2025 XLE. An awesome car and got us the price we could afford. Great job Hank.

I talked to your Assistant Service Manager Vincent Lopez on Monday the 30th of June to make my service appointment for Thursday the 3rd of July and he told me that would be fine. I called him on Tuesday the 1st of July to reconfirm everything and he said he had an opening on Wednesday if I wanted to go with that and said I had another commitment and he came right back with a suggestion that if I had anything going on right at the moment and this was at 1:00pm he could have my Truck serviced if I could bring to the shop. I told him I could be there in less than 30 minutes. This is the “Going the Extra” mile for a customer and he had my Truck fully serviced by 5:30pm. Because I’m a retired Army combat veteran Vincent made sure I was eligible for any discounts in which I was. What a class act this person is and a total professional. Thank you. Toyota contacted me and reminded me about an important recall on my vehicle. They quickly scheduled a visit and took care of the issue. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional..Mission accomplished.
