I received an online price quote and it beat all others that I'd received. I was expecting the numbers to change when I arrived in store to purchase but to my surprise they didn't! My sales person Arbi, Sales Manager Dan and your Finance Dept were all very helpful and extremely professional! I would rate my buying experience as excellent and a 10 out of 10!

After having my vehicle serviced, I was seriously considering purchasing a new car. However, my interaction with your sales representative, Naomi, was extremely unprofessional. Her demeanor was impatient and dismissive the moment I mentioned that I was not ready to put money down immediately. Instead of offering guidance or building rapport, she made me feel rushed and unwelcome, an attitude that is completely unacceptable from anyone representing your dealership. As a returning customer, I found this behavior deeply disappointing. I’ve previously worked with Nelky, who has always gone above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine commitment to helping her customers set the standard for excellent service. That level of care is the reason I’ve continued to return to your dealership in the past. I am sharing this because no customer should be treated with impatience or disregard, especially when they are actively expressing interest in making a purchase. I expect that this feedback will be addressed promptly and taken seriously.
