I am a repeat customer and I had already done my homework in that I knew the make and model of the car I was looking for. It took only few hours to get me out of the lot with my new car. The whole experience was smooth and quick, but there was still a small room for improvement in the customer service department.

I was given the info need and work was done fairly fast.

Kevin was my technician and he was wonderful. He asked if I had any area of concern- he told me what he’d be checking and then let us know about how long it would be. He was quick, honest and helpful!

Although Friday was busy, it seemed efficient . Vincent is my go to guy and he is always great!
