I was very happy with the salesman who helped me - he was very informative about my choices and did everything to make the transaction go smoothly - especially with the trade-in and the transfer of registration and insurance.

The service tech I worked with this time was the best I have had. He checked me in quickly, found several issues that needed to be addressed, talked me through any questions, and was able to offer me a military discount for my veteran husband and I. When I had an emergency come up at work, he worked it out so that my husband could pick up my car the next day and overall everything was a great experience. I feel going through Toyota service is probably slightly more expensive than an outside shop, but I hope that since it is for Toyotas specifically it is a more tailored experience and will come in handy in proving my care of my vehicle in case I need to sell or trade it.

I came in on a Saturday for a prescheduled appointment and was greeted in the garage by Ed and he looked up my appointment for the Re-call and was able to get me in and out within 30 minutes. Outstanding service.
