Service department representatives were efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.

I was able to shop for the car I wanted and get quotes emailed to via TrueCar from Consumer Reports. The salesman, David Snead, was professional, answering my questions and making suggestions based on my needs. However, the financing experience was less clear and I ended up spending more than I wanted on interest and "extras."

Daniel took over my service appointment looked into the issue of why the tune up was not recommended or done at my last visit in June reviewed all info to devise a suitable plan to complete required service from vehicle inspection that the original service advisor Edwin did not do but closed the ticket while I was reviewing the recommended service without any discussion which I felt was rude and inconsiderate will not use him again. I only want to work with Daniel who is exceptional and respectful.
