My appointment for service, by the time the line of cars including me could drive into the reception area another 15 minutes had passed & passed my appointment time. A GREAT service advisor handled my car quickly and I was done & out in hour! Also talked with Salesperson "Beth" re: new Tacoma & she was informed about Tacoma's latest models & fun to talk with. I see a Tacoma in my future...
