It’s been awhile since I received service for my Hylander that I didn’t have to wait 3-4 hours. This visit from check in, to check out was much quicker. No issues with the service provided.

I'm always very pleased with my experience at CT. My advisor, Mo, is one of the best, and I'm so grateful for him. The technicians are also very skillful. All work is done right the first time and that's a big deal. Thank you!The one negative, in my opinion, is the salesman that nags customers as they wait in their vehicle for their advisor to greet them. It's my preference that he not do that. I believe his name is Michael, and I've personally asked him to stop several times. I understand that he's soliciting business, but once a customer says "no" emphatically, that should end the conversation!

Sale process was great! I do have an issue with the failure to transfer my specialty tag (discovered today)! Waiting for Courtesy team to fix this but I doubt this can be fixed. :( wasted money on my speciality tag! I was concered the tag transfer was going to get messed up as it typically does when dealing with dealerships.
