From the time I arrived until the time I left, the service was excellent because I had an excellent service advisor Vincent Lopez , the building is nice with complimentary water, coffee and movies. Vince explainedmy service in simple terms. I did go on a Friday so there was a long wait.

Everything was great

I've been told I would get a 2nd key fob, an owners manual for my 2023 4Runner, and a specs sheet. To date I have not received any.

I originally had called about a silver Tacoma TRD sport, but was informed it was unavailable. Roger quickly found a white Taco that had all the same options so I came in to work a deal. Roger made the process effortless, and I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I ended up driving home that white Tacoma, and will be a return customer in the future.
