Ian was extremely helpful. I already had an appointment scheduled for Friday for my 10K mile service, but on Tuesday evening I discovered a nail in my tire. I scheduled an appointment online for the following morning to handle this - I was very happy that I could obtain an appointment for the next day! Upon my arrival and check-in, Ian inquired if there was any other service that I needed while I was there. I explained that I'd be back Friday for my already-scheduled appointment and he said that the 10K mile service could be handled while I was there for my tire patch! I was very pleased that I could handle both items in one trip. Ian was communicative and efficient.

My first Toyota purchase and the best auto experience ever. Gabriel was an amazing salesman, very attentive, caring, and knowledgeable, and James is an excellent manager. Everyone else there greeted me and were so friendly, no one gave me the high pressured sales push like other places and they worked with me over the two days I was there. I visited Honda, Toyota, and Ford, and Toyota was the clear winner. I can see why they were the busiest out of all the dealerships I visited.
