For the first time, in and out in about an hour for an oil change. No high pressure for add on work. Service advisor wanted to give personal service. There were 26 cars waiting to check in when I arrived, and thought, here goes the whole morning. Not the case at all. This was a totally different experience than times past and I thank them for this experience. On time and no pressure on additional work.

My purchase experience could have been better, I had to wait 2 hours to complete the purchase. The finance person had issues with the printer and had to move to another office and my car was not ready to be delivered (the car was not washed prior to me arriving), although my salesman knew I was coming to get it.
