My rep was courteous and hepful. However, I got new tires. Instead of 19 inch wheels, they were 18 inch wheels. And I notice the difference. I thought I was getting 19 inch but different brand which were cheaper. Now if I have a flat my spare is a 19 inch spare. I’m not sitting up as high as before and the ride is different. Not please with tires.

Tito did an excellent job. I lost one of my tires, including the rim, on my 2024 Toyota Corolla in an accident caused by an object in the road. Tito honored my road hazard tires warranty, which I included with the purchase of my car. He replaced both the tire and the rim without any questions. I had to wait a while, but it was worth it.
