Had a battery issue that was addressed. Rated only a 4 because I had to replace the battery twice.

We purchased a used, certified 4-Runner and had an issue with it days after we brought it home. Both Creighton (salesperson) and the service team did an excellent and thorough job investigating the issue and fixing it.. We were thoroughly impressed in how they went above and beyond to deal with this matter.

He pulled it as soon as it came in on lease and has been nothing but over the top with service since.
