Craig Berkowitz was fantastic! When I outlined the issues with my car, he explained the possible causes and told me the techs would take a look at my car right away. Within a half hour, Craig came back and described the problem and how it was resolved. He also went above and beyond, switching out batteries on my key fob, did a test drive as well as the techs did, and was very reassuring that all was well. What I appreciated most is that Craig treated me respectfully - too frequently I've had the experience with auto sales/service teams that have been condescending and "mansplained" . Craig was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable, and I really enjoyed meeting him!
