I ordered a 2024 highlander hybrid, then it was recalled. I am grateful to Eriq. He was patient with me and he did not give up until he found a 2021 highlander hybrid for me. The process was not convoluted. The financing went well and the manager was reasonable. This was my second time at this dealership and the experience was not pressure but sensible and we moved along fairly quickly.
