My husband arrived on time for an 11:00 am appt and asked how long would it be because he did not have a couple of hours to wait before the car was started on like last time. The service write up man answered…look at the number of cars ahead of you. My husband asked when is a good time to book an appointment and not have to wait a long time before the car is worked on. He was told 7:00 am or 6:00 pm. My husband thought about it and asked to speak to a manager. She listened to his explanation of what had occurred and took him to another service writer. The car was attended to and the car was ready at 12:30 pm. A customer should not have to talk to a manager to plead his case for a car to be serviced within a reasonable time of a designated appointment time. I would have been very upset had my husband left, after driving quite a distance, only to have to make an appointment for another day and time. Appointments should be taken within a reasonable time, maybe 15 min. Courtesy should not book so many appointments so close together. This car was under warranty, so it was a no cost job. Are paid service jobs given preference? This dealership has courtesy in it’s name, it should be that to their customers!

Customer Advisor Ryan was very helpful.It's misleading that the oil change & tire rotation mailer coupon price does not include the fees for shop supplies and hazardous waste removal.

My service rep Ryan is always over the top with customer service. It is a pleasant experience every time I visit. He is so communicative regarding the status of my truck whether it is an oil change or new tires and rotors. Excellent representative of your company. My husband has a Jeep and it is a nightmare when he takes it to that shop. You have perfected not only the service but the entire experience with text updates and being able to check the status of the service process. Toyota store should be an example to other dealerships. I buy, service and recommend your store to everyone because of my experiences. Thank you and of course my favorite rep Ryan

Once on the highway I knew the car needed service. Although I did not have an appointment I was greeted with courtesy and assurance my car would be looked at. My service advisor, Kevin Golindano, kept in contact and said he would let me know as soon as the diagnostic was completed. He explained the test results and the technicians recommendations to repair the car.
